Project 3 (FINAL): Organic Modelling (Character)

Image
Project 3 (FINAL): Organic Modelling (Character) For our last and final project, we were to choose one of our favourite characters and model them while referencing a model sheet. Since we had free reign on the character we could choose, I decided on our beloved neighbour, Totoro! As Totoro is a fuzzy and fluffy looking creature, I made sure to give him some hair particles and use the principled hair BDSF to show that look! Below are the wireframe, EEVEE and cycles renders I did of Totoro.

Project 2: Theme Scene-Based Model

Project 2: Theme Scene-Based Model For my 2nd project, we were to create a mini Theme Scene-Based model. We had a few theme options to choose from however, I chose to do a Medieval Tavern model in the isometric composition. I added a few materials and effects to the model to make it look like my intended vision, for example, adding a wooden texture to the tables and chairs of the tavern. Below are the wireframe and cycles render of the model.  Overall, I really like my tavern build however, I wish I added a bit more detail to my roof like roof shingles so it could really pop!

Project 1: Sci-Fi Gun

Project 1: Sci-Fi Gun For my first project, we had to create a hard surface object in the following categories: a. Vehicle b. Weapon c. Robot d. Machine e. Treasure Box I decided to do b. Weapon, specifically a Sci-Fi Gun. I decided to give the materials of the gun a metal effect, to showcase what a typically gun would be made of and give it the feel of a weapon. Below are the wireframe for my model, a render in EEVEE and a render in cycles. Overall, I believe my model is pretty satisfactory but if I could change anything, it's that I would add more detail to the gun itself and extra elements in order for it to look more interesting as a whole.
